Booking & Deposit Policy

To confirm a reservation with Street Shadow Cars, a non-refundable booking deposit is required.

The remaining balance is paid after the journey, directly to the driver (card or cash), unless agreed otherwise in advance.

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. flight cancellation), the booking may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Maximum 4 passengers.
Luggage must fit within a BMW 5 Series Touring (approx. 3 large + 3 small suitcases).

By paying the booking deposit, the client confirms acceptance of this policy.
